how you can tell when somebody doens't read.

When you ask somebody what their favorite book is, and they answer "The Great Gatsby". You can tell 3 things.
1)They don't read, and they haven't read in a long time
2)They are trying to sound smart or sophisticated.
3)They are a tool.

If they do answer The Great Gatsby, ask why... I would actually like someone to have a valid reason for this.

If Great Gastby is your favorite book, because you were blown away by the plot, the symbolism, the sophisticated writing your style.

1) You're an idiot
2) You need to read more.
3) Take an english course in college.
