I've been very impressed with Penn State this year. But I wouldn't be suprised if they lost to a very hungry wisconsin team. Wisconsin lost at home, which they never do to Ohio State 20-17 and then they lost a 19-0 lead to scUM the following week. look for them to be hungry and maybe even pull the upset!
